Nil Desperandum, Tidbinbilla

Standard

I headed out to Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve again on the weekend.  It was a perfect Canberra day and it needed to be enjoyed outdoors.

One of the walks is to Nil Desperandum.  It’s is a heritage listed homestead located in the Jedbinbilla precinct of Tidbinbilla.

It was destroyed in the 2003 bushfires and has been rebuilt to its former state.

It is available for hire for groups of up to 6 people.  I like the idea of spending time relaxing in the quiet solitude so close to Canberra!

It was an enjoyable walk, but as it’s getting warmer you need to be mindful of some of the inhabitants.

Get out there and explore!
